An ongoing task of SYSGO is extending this support consequently to serve your needs more precisely. SYSGO also strengthens online support and training capabilities to accommodate the ongoing globalization of project teams.
Peer-to-Peer Support
Support requests are always handled by the ELinOS Real-Time product team professionals which are able to solve problems live, in cooperation with the customer.
Training
SYSGO offers standard trainings such as "Embedded System Development" or "Linux System Programming" as well as customized trainings based on the background and requirements of the customers´ trainees.
Development Support
One year e-mail support for all SYSGO tools is included in ELinOS Real-Time by default.
Life-Cycle Updates
Customers can benefit from ongoing improvements, by accessing the SYSGO customer portal where the latest updates of Linux target binaries and freely downloadable add-ons are available.
