SYSGO in the press

For ELinOS products up to version 4.2 a special activation technology to prevent unauthorized copying of the software is available. The SYSGO Product Activation Center enables customers to review and manage licenses online. 

Please follow the listed steps to activate your products or manage your licenses:

1. Locate your license information
   Together with your product shipment, you received your Support Certificate showing user name and password for Product Activation and Online Support.
2. Collect System Information
   Execute '/opt/elinos-<version>/bin/elinos-sysinfo' on your development system to generate a file named 'elinos_sysinfo.tgz'.
   Note for Windows users:
   Windows users have to execute 'elinos-sysinfo' in the Cygwin terminal.
3. Connect to SYSGO Product Activation Center
   Click here and enter user name and password.
4. Request your keys
   Select your elinos_sysinfo.tgz, choose your number of sessions* and click 'Request Key'.
5. Place your product key
   Copy your key to '/opt/elinos-<version>' (e.g. ELinOS v4.1: /opt/elinos-4.1/key) and start your application.

How to Access

• Go to Activation Center

*Sessions: Sessions are non-personalized development-seats. Each session enables one user to work with the product concurrently with other users.
