AI is used as a supporting technology to enhance efficiency, innovation, and quality across selected business processes while always remaining under meaningful human oversight.

Our AI governance follows a Human-in-the-Loop approach, ensuring that meaningful human oversight remains an integral part of relevant AI-assisted workflows across the company. AI may support activities such as engineering, project execution, customer engagement, technical documentation, sales and marketing, translations, and other internal business processes. Regardless of where AI is applied, the Human Factor remains essential: employees review, validate, refine, and approve AI-assisted work before it is shared internally or externally whenever appropriate. Final responsibility always remains with SYSGO.

To ensure the responsible, secure, and transparent use of AI, SYSGO has established a comprehensive AI governance framework. This includes an internal AI Policy, regular employee training and awareness initiatives, and dedicated governance structures responsible for evaluating emerging AI technologies, monitoring regulatory developments, defining internal guidance, and continuously improving the responsible adoption of AI throughout the company.

Artificial Intelligence may also support the creation of textual, graphical, and other digital content used across our business activities. Where AI-generated or synthetic content could reasonably benefit from additional context or disclosure, we provide appropriate transparency in accordance with applicable legal requirements. Through our governance framework, we are committed to ensuring that AI is used responsibly, securely, transparently, and in a manner that reflects the trust our customers, partners, and employees place in SYSGO.
