MILS Workshop @ embedded world
The embedded world 2017 is right in front of us. On March 14, SYSGO and further members of the MILS Community will execute a one-day workshop at the leading international fair for embedded systems in Nuremberg.
As part of this workshop two specialists from SYSGO will give you a deeper insight into the following topics:
- “Security by Design: Introduction to MILS” (March 14, 9:30 – 10:00 am)
Do you want to know what MILS is about and why the commercial interest on the MILS concept has picked up in the last years? Our security specialist Dr. Sergey Tverdyshev will explain a MILS Architectural Template that simplifies to set up MILS systems. Furthermore he will give you an insight into applications of the MILS concepts in the automotive and avionics industry.
- “Ease Standard Compliance by Technical Means via MILS” (March 14, 3:00 – 3:30 pm)
You have to develop an embedded system? You need to show its conformance to a safety standard (e.g. IEC 61508, ISO 26262, DO-178) or a security standard (e.g. IEC 62443, Common Criteria)? How does your life get easier by using a MILS design? Our certification specialist Sven Nordhoff will answer these and further questions you may have in his presentation.
