SYSGO @ CYSAT in Paris

Events & Webcasts, PikeOS, Security, Space

CYSAT 2025 in Paris, held at the iconic Station F on May 14–15, was a thrilling event of energy, insight, and innovation — and the SYSGO booth gave us a front-row seat to some of the most cutting-edge discussions in space cybersecurity.

With over 750 participants from across Europe and beyond, the diversity of conversations ranged from satellite hacking demos to deep dives into quantum-resilient communications. One standout moment for us was seeing so many attendees — from space agencies, startups, and cybersecurity firms — show real interest in how secure-by-design software like SYSGO’s PikeOS plays a foundational role in keeping space assets safe.

We had some incredible conversations around secure operating systems for satellites, the challenges of using COTS (Commercial Off-The-Shelf) components in space missions, and the need to integrate safety and security in real-time systems. It wasn’t just theory either — there was a real push for practical, deployable solutions. It felt good to see our efforts resonate, especially as threats to space-based infrastructure continue to grow in complexity and scale.

Workshops like Thales’ satellite hacking session and Airbus’ hands-on challenge really brought home how high the stakes are. The informal exchanges during the networking sessions were just as valuable and offered a chance to reflect on how much the sector is evolving — and how urgently collaboration is needed.

All in all, being part of CYSAT 2025 wasn't just about presenting our technology. It was about connecting with a vibrant community that shares a mission: Keeping the final frontier secure.
