How the CRA (Cyber Resilience Act) can help to cover the resilience pillar for the EU Space Act

Since June 2025, Eu launches activities on the Eu Space Act. Three main pillars are targeted: Safety, Resilience, Sustainability. In the meantime, CRA (Cyber Resilience Act) requirements are going to be finally published. CRA is focusing on the legal duty of companies to bring Cybersecurity support as supplier or product manufacturer. Not all market branches are targeted but Space market is. Thus, the objective of the presentation is to focus on the CRA (Cyber Resilience Act) requirements as they are described today for an operating system supplier company: How they are compliant to EU Space Act, what are the milestones defined by the CRA, what are the difference between product requirements and tailor-made requirements as Space market not only relies on COTS. Finally, a focus will be done on PikeOS solution from SYSGO and as a practical use case, what can be proposed as a product, as customed development and as accompaniment for the customer all during their product lifecycles.
