"Meet the Future" - SYSGO shows how future-proof Products are created with PikeOS

Steering without steering linkage, flying on autopilot, computer-assisted operations - software for embedded systems can already perform many functions today. But what about safety? How can the risks be covered in a justifiable way? The solution is virtualisation.

In 2005, SYSGO introduced PikeOS, a key technology that guarantees security at reasonable cost. Because PikeOS is small and can be certified comparatively inexpensively according to standards such as DO-178 B, IEC 61508 or EN 50128. As a virtualisation platform, PikeOS also offers the possibility of integrating proven software into new systems or combining it securely with Linux.

In 2008, PikeOS achieved a breakthrough. More and more manufacturers of aircraft, cars, railways, medical technology and industrial applications are relying on PikeOS as the basis for the development of safety-critical software.

SYSGO, system software specialist for the embedded market, will show at embedded world 2009 how product manufacturers can develop in a future-proof and budget-friendly way.

We will be showcasing examples of our work at Booth 128 in Hall 11. In addition to technical contacts, the CEO of SYSGO AG, Michael Tiedemann, and the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Knut Degen, will be available for discussions.
