Joining the Team

We established the “SYSGO Tutor Program” which helps you to quickly integrate into the company, our corporate culture and processes. This has been recognized by our external auditors as a “best practice” within the industry, providing all new hires with regular feedback during the first months of employment. A Tutor will be assigned to you to guide you through the first months/year of your employment at SYSGO. Additionally, our “Introduction Week” provides you with all necessary information and contacts across all departments. In this way, you will be successfully embedded in your team as well as in the company and we will make you feel welcome.

HR Development

Once a year the Engineering team organizes our "Developer Days" for all engineers. This is an informal platform for our technical departments to exchange innovations and new ideas in programming and technologies.

Furthermore, you and your line manager discuss your career plan annually, and it is up to both parties to define which trainings and seminars you will attend. Naturally you will bring good qualifications and life experiences with you. We always seek experts who are curious and can bring new impulses and ideas to our teams as we are a learning organization.

Flexible Work

Our core working hours are from 10 AM to 4 PM. During these hours we can easily schedule meetings with clients or colleagues. Apart from the core working hours, you can flexibly adjust your contractual working time as best suits you.

International Projects

Our headquarters are based in Klein-Winternheim near Mainz. There are two more offices in Rostock and Ulm in Germany. Aside from these three German locations, we have got two more offices in France - Lyon and Le Pecq - as well as one office in Prague in the Czech Republic. As our teams are international, we communicate in English as our corporate language. Nevertheless, country-specific projects require country-specific language skills. Altogether, we are proud that we cover at least 15 different mother tongues.

Application Letter: This letter should include the reference number of the position(s) you would like to apply for (unless yours is an initiative application), your motivation to work for SYSGO, your earliest availability as well as your salary requirements.

CV: Your CV should include educational data, work experience, special projects, publications as well as programming and language skills. To work within the German SYSGO office, a minimum of B2 level in both German and English is required. To work at our office in Prague, a minimum level of C1 in Czech or Slovak and B2 in English is required. To work at a French office, French citizenship and a minimum of B2 level in French and English is required.
