Compliance of the Common Criteria Evaluation with the RTCA DO-356A Standard
With the increasing connectivity of aircrafts, Security becomes an important topic for Avionics. As a consequence, two committees have started their work on airworthiness Security: The EUROCAE working group WG-72 in Europe and the RTCA committee SC-216 in the US. In 2018, both groups have released their harmonized document DO-356A/ED-203A, which is a practical guide for the implementation of Security within airborne electronic systems.
